First web and thumb coverage:
- Posterior interosseus forearm flap
- Kite flap (based on the first dorsal metacarpal artery)
O’Brien flap (bi-pedicle flap)
Long fingers:
- Homodigital island flaps
- Reverse homodigital island flap
- Intermetacarpal and dorsocommisural flap
